Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love it! And if that’s not the case we’re happy to take it back. All items purchased are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. SALE ITEMS are only eligible for exchange or store credit. No refund. Item must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
For all domestic orders, a prepaid return label will be provided. Please note return shipping costs are not covered by POSH MIA. A return fee of $9.95 will be deducted from refund total amount.
TO START A RETURN
- Please enter your email and order number above to generate a return label.
- Place the items you wish to return in a safe packaging. POSH box does not need to be returned.
- Print and attach the return label to the outside of the package. Make sure to cover any previous shipping label on the package.
- Drop off your return at your nearest drop-off location.
Once we have received the item back to us, a refund will be processed immediately. Refunds may take approximately 5-10 business days once processed.
RETURNS INQUIRY
All refunds are processed back to their original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. If your refund has taken longer than 15 days once received, please contact us at help@poshmiaonline.com
